1. Ownership of Content
All intellectual property rights in the Website at https://orvexium.com and in all content published thereon — including without limitation text, research papers, white papers, technical documentation, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio-visual material, software, source code, database rights, and the compilation and arrangement thereof (“Content”) — vest in and are the exclusive property of Orvexium (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) or, where applicable, our licensors.
The intellectual property rights in all deliverables produced by Orvexium in the course of providing Services to clients are governed by the terms of the applicable client engagement agreement. In the absence of express written provision to the contrary, all rights in such deliverables remain vested in Orvexium until full payment of all fees has been received, at which point ownership transfers as specified in the engagement agreement.
2. Trademarks
The name “Orvexium”, the Orvexium logo, and all associated product names, service names, slogans, and design marks displayed on the Website are trademarks or service marks of Orvexium (whether registered or unregistered). Nothing on the Website or in these documents shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark without the prior written consent of Orvexium.
Third-party trademarks referenced on the Website are the property of their respective owners, and no endorsement, affiliation, or association is implied.
3. Copyright
All Content on the Website is protected by copyright under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (“CDPA 1988”) and applicable international copyright conventions. Copyright © 2026 Orvexium. All rights reserved.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, communication to the public, or adaptation of any Content, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited except as expressly permitted under these Terms or with our prior written consent.
4. Restricted Uses
Unless expressly authorised, you must not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, broadcast, transmit, or make available to the public any Content;
- modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or source code forming part of the Website or Services;
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, trademark notice, or other proprietary legend on any Content;
- use any Content for commercial purposes without a duly executed written licence from Orvexium;
- use automated tools (including scrapers, crawlers, or bots) to extract or index Content without our prior written authorisation.
5. Permitted Uses
You may, without prior written consent:
- access and view Content via a standard web browser for personal, non-commercial informational purposes;
- download or print a single copy of any page for personal reference, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained;
- share a hyperlink to any publicly accessible page of the Website, provided this is done in a manner that does not suggest any endorsement or affiliation by Orvexium.
6. Client Deliverables and Licensing
Where Orvexium creates deliverables for clients as part of a contractual engagement — including security architectures, cryptographic designs, technical reports, and research outputs — the ownership and licensing of such deliverables are governed exclusively by the written engagement agreement. Where that agreement provides for assignment of intellectual property to the client, such assignment takes effect only upon full discharge of all outstanding fees.
Orvexium retains the right to utilise general methods, techniques, know-how, and experience gained during any engagement for internal development and future client work, provided that no confidential client information is disclosed.
7. Open-Source Components
Certain elements of the Website or associated software may incorporate open-source components, which are subject to their respective open-source licences. Use of such components is governed by the applicable open-source licence terms and not by these Terms. Orvexium makes no warranty with respect to open-source components beyond those required by the applicable licence.
8. Intellectual Property Infringement Claims
If you believe that any Content on the Website infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to legal@orvexium.com containing the following information:
- identification of the intellectual property right alleged to be infringed, including, where applicable, a registration number;
- identification of the Content alleged to be infringing, with sufficient detail to enable us to locate it;

9. Enforcement
Orvexium actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to seek all remedies available under English law for any infringement, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs. Infringement may also constitute a criminal offence under the CDPA 1988 or the Trade Marks Act 1994.
